Quizlet is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Growth and Monetization to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for growing our learner base and converting engagement into durable revenue. You will shape company‑level product strategy and guide investments across acquisition, engagement, advertising, subscriptions, and payments.

You will develop and mentor PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, and Ads Revenue Operations, and align teams around shared goals

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering growth and revenue across a portfolio

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year growth and monetization strategy with a clear roadmap across portfolio elements.
• Lead free learner growth and international expansion with scalable monetization.
• Collaborate with Ads Revenue Ops and Engineering to improve ads revenue without harming study quality.
• Own the subscription lifecycle, pricing, paywalls, trials, conversions, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Strengthen payments capability across checkout and billing with partners and platforms.
• Build an organization that scales: hire, coach, and develop PMs and leaders.
