Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Communications Manager to own the email lifecycle strategy, develop automated journeys, and ensure data-driven targeting across clinician and patient touchpoints.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will build the communications framework, govern consent, and scale lifecycle programs while partnering with product, data, and operations to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle and email strategies.
• Strong ability to segment audiences and tailor messages based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Proven track record in marketing automation and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent writing and messaging instincts for useful, on-brand communications.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy and roadmap for email communications across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
• Design, build, and optimize automated email journeys and triggered communications.
• Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with data, product, operations, and other teams to activate new insights.
• Own end-to-end email production process from brief to deployment and analysis.
• Set KPIs and measurement frameworks for email and lifecycle marketing.
• Communicate results with clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
