Job summary

VelocityEHS is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager to own lifecycle email strategy for prospect and customer journeys. You will lead Marketo and 6sense implementations, including the AI Email Agent, and develop targeted messaging and automation across segments, stages, and programs.

The role requires hands-on copywriting, testing, optimization, and strong collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations to drive engagement, pipeline, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B email across journeys.
• Experience with Marketo and 6sense; AI-enabled workflows and personalization.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle email strategy across prospect and customer journeys.
• Lead Marketo and 6sense implementations, including AI Email Agent and automation.
• Develop and optimize email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and nurture sequences.
• Establish performance dashboards and review pipeline impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional lifecycle programs aligned with business goals.
