Prism Vision Group is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketer to lead patient email programs across multi‑practice PVG. You will own lifecycle campaigns from acquisition through reactivation and manage calendars aligned to provider ramp‑ups and seasonal needs.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, collaboration with practice leaders, and strict adherence to brand and compliance standards while driving growth and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation, preferably in healthcare or multi-site provider groups
• Experience in email campaign strategy, segmentation, and optimization
• Lifecycle programs tied to acquisition, retention, recall, or reactivation
• Cross-functional campaign management across marketing, operations, analytics, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning, weekly execution, and optimization of email programs across PVG practices
• Develop segmented lifecycle campaigns for acquisition, retention, recall, reactivation, and cross-service growth
• Create and manage campaign calendars aligned to practice priorities and seasonal needs
• Partner with practice leaders and teams to identify campaign opportunities and ensure operational readiness
• Write, QA, deploy, and monitor patient‑facing email communications with stakeholders and vendors
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across PVG practices, including new provider ramp‑up and location campaigns
• Translate growth needs into targeted marketing campaigns with clear objectives and timelines
• Support development of reusable campaign playbooks, templates, and workflows
• Ensure campaigns align with PVG brand, compliance, and messaging needs
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvements
• Develop recurring performance summaries for leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain regular reporting cadence on campaigns and optimization opportunities
