Job summary

Public is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager in NYC to drive new user conversion and early engagement, partnering with product, engineering, data, and brand to build, test, and optimize lifecycle programs.

You will own messaging across email, push, in-app, and direct mail, build Braze canvasses, run A/B tests, and push retention and LTV for a multi-asset fintech audience. This role requires 4+ years in lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of lifecycle marketing experience across channels.
• Expert in Braze and lifecycle marketing tools.
• Strong writing skills and knowledge of email design best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle strategy for active traders and multi-product adoption.
• Own messaging strategy and technical success of all active trader communications.
• Build Braze canvasses, emails, push, and in-app integrations with regular leadership reports.
• Collaborate with product, brand, and data to improve conversion and channel performance.
• Analyze performance with Mixpanel, Looker and other analytics tools to identify trends.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion and LTV.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in lifecycle marketing innovations.
