BioTalent San Diego is seeking ambitious Senior Recruiters to own and grow their market in one of the country’s leading life sciences hubs. You’ll run a full 360 desk, win new business, source top talent, and guide candidates through the full process with leadership support.

You’ll build strong client partnerships within biotech, pharma, and medical devices, benefit from uncapped commissions up to 40%, tailored leadership training, a 4.5-day week, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
• Strong business development ability to win new clients.
• Genuine interest in life sciences, biotech, or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Build your own specialist market within Life Sciences (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical).
• Win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Source and manage top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific platforms.
• Run the full end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer management.
• Collaborate with the San Diego leadership team to drive office growth.
