RecSeekers is recruiting a Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote USA team. You will own end-to-end recruitment within the Life Sciences sector, combining business development, account management and full-cycle recruitment across Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, MedTech, Clinical Research and BioAI markets.

You’ll work with established clients, pursue high-fee assignments and benefit from uncapped commission and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 agency recruiter.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences or a closely related market.
• Demonstrable success winning business and generating fees.
• Confidence managing senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of a specialist Life Sciences market, combining business development, account management and full-cycle recruitment.
• Develop and manage client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Leverage established Pharma, Biotech and MedTech client networks to secure high-value assignments.
