• Senior Consultants / Principals / Directors

You must have experience across the life sciences for minimum of 3 years doing full 360 recruitment.

As a successful recruiter you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like within the life science industry. We need a strong track-record of making successful relationships, networking and confidence winning business and to build strong relationships.

4 x a week in the office

Salary

Salary - $55k - $130k base ( dependent on the calibre, your approach and experience level) + wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship and a positive, diverse and inclusive culture
