Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our hybrid team in San Diego. You will manage candidate delivery and new business development, leveraging cold calling, sourcing, and referrals to fill roles for top Life Sciences clients.

You’ll gain hands-on training, work with a high-energy team, and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment within a global company that values proactive selling and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a client facing role (full time or internship) or in an athletic program.
• Outbound sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own 360 desk — candidate delivery and new business development.
• Headhunt candidates using cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and referrals.
• Market research on companies for business development purposes.
• Become an expert in Life Sciences sourcing for open roles.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences from first call to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Represent Meet Life Sciences and clients to attract top talent.
• Keep pipeline and system up to date with administrative tasks.
