BioTalent San Diego is seeking ambitious Senior Recruiters to own and grow their market in one of the country’s leading life sciences hubs. You’ll run a full 360 desk, win new business, source top talent, and guide candidates through the full process with leadership support.

You’ll build strong client partnerships within biotech, pharma, and medical devices, benefit from uncapped commissions up to 40%, tailored leadership training, a 4.5-day week, and flexible working options.

The Role

You’ll run a full 360 desk, developing lasting client partnerships and placing specialist talent into high-impact roles across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.

You’ll have the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to shape your desk your way - and the support to scale it fast.

What you'll be doing:

• Build your own specialist market within Life Sciences, covering areas like R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical.




• Win new business and grow existing accounts through outstanding delivery and trusted partnerships.




• Source and manage top-tier candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific platforms.




• Run the full recruitment process - from first brief to offer management and beyond.




• Work closely with the San Diego leadership team to drive the office’s growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment experience and a consistent record of strong billings.




• A confident, credible business developer with a knack for spotting and securing opportunities.




• A genuine interest in the life sciences space — experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.
