Job summary

Integrated Project Management Company (IPM) seeks a Senior Consultant to lead project and program planning for pharmaceutical clients. You will work with client leadership to drive execution, develop strategies, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget. Extensive cross-functional collaboration and business development involvement are expected.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and use of PM tools to align tactics with strategy across diverse projects and CoEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years pharma industry experience in product development and lifecycle.
• 7+ years project management experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead late-stage product development and submissions for clients.
• Implement and optimize project management frameworks using best practices.
• Develop integrated project plans with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, Planisware.
