Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in IPM’s offerings.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across pharmaceutical programs.
• Implement project management frameworks and best practices.
• Develop integrated plans using MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware.
• Guide high‑performing teams and communicate with client leadership.
