IPM Integrated Project Management Company, based in Chicago with offices nationwide, seeks a seasoned Consultant to lead project and program planning and execution for pharmaceutical clients. You will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to drive mission-critical outcomes across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5–10 years of pharma industry experience.
• 3+ years in project management across product development, regulatory, commercialization, or QA.
• Experience with enterprise/project portfolio management.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or PMP certifications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical product development projects from pre-clinical to commercialization.
• Develop and optimize business processes for project and portfolio management.
• Create integrated project plans aligned with strategy.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget.
