Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline or relatable field. Advanced degrees in science, engineering or business are a plus.
• Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus
• 3+ years of project management experience related to IPM’s business offerings
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate with a broad audience at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects and programs in the pharmaceutical industry, including pre-clinical R&D, commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Implement or optimize project management frameworks to improve team execution and goal attainment.
• Leverage industry tools to develop integrated project plans aligning tactics with strategy.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget while meeting IPM standards.
• Drive discussions and document high-level strategies for achieving objectives.
• Lead high performance project teams and act as the project advocate within the client organization.
