Job summary

IPM helps premier organizations execute their strategic portfolios and initiatives. As a Consultant, you will partner with client leadership to plan and execute projects across pharmaceutical functions, driving mission-critical outcomes for clients.

Applicants work with a variety of clients and engage in product development, lifecycle management and regulatory strategies, with a focus on delivering results and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; advanced degrees in science, engineering or business are a plus.
• 6-10 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience related to IPM’s business offerings.
• Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects and programs in the pharmaceutical industry, including pre-clinical R&D, commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Implement or optimize project management frameworks using current best practices and tools.
• Use tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware to develop and drive integrated project plans.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget while adhering to IPM standards.
• Participate in discussions and document high-level strategies to achieve objectives.
• Establish, guide and lead high-performance project teams within the client organization.
