Job summary

Syneos Health's TSP unit in San Francisco seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive RPO partnerships and shape the future of talent in life sciences. You will own strategic accounts, design talent solutions, and lead the sales cycle from discovery to closing, leveraging executive-level relationships and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with revenue goals over $1M.
Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to win new partnerships in biotech, pharma and medical devices.
Build Strategic Relationships: own client solutions for key accounts with executive leaders.
Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients using industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams.
Make an Impact: connect solutions across Syneos Health to deliver exceptional client value.
