Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting in experience design strategy, product strategy, service design, or human-centered design in commercial or digital environments
• 8+ years working with Life Sciences commercial teams in patient services, customer engagement, or commercial operations
• 8+ years in Life Sciences sector including patient journeys and engagement models
• 8+ years leading design-led innovation processes (research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, etc)
• 2+ years establishing AI-enabled workflows and driving AI adoption across teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagement workstreams defining experience and product strategy across patient services, customer engagement, and commercial operations for Life Sciences clients
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define experience strategies and products addressing business and patient/provider needs
• Translate business questions and user insights into design strategies, executive recommendations, and roadmaps
• Connect experience strategy to digital product delivery aligning business needs, customer needs, tech trends, and roadmaps
• Own the commercial success of engagements including margin, forecasting, and financial management
• Guide teams to move engagements from concept through build, launch, and iteration
• Champion AI-enabled tools and modern ways of working across teams to accelerate research synthesis and planning
• Support practice growth through proposals, solution shaping, and thought leadership
