Deloitte's Life Sciences & Health Care practice seeks an Experience Design Strategy Manager to lead client engagements, shaping experience strategy and digital product delivery for Life Sciences clients in the US. Qualifications

• 6+ years in experience design strategy or human-centered design in a commercial or digital environment.
• 6+ years working with Life Sciences commercial teams in patient services, customer engagement, or commercial operations.
• 6+ years experience in the US Life Sciences ecosystem including patient journeys and provider engagement models.
• 6+ years experience in digital product design and delivery including product management and agile delivery.
• 6+ years leading design-led innovation processes including design research and journey mapping.
• 1+ years experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Ability to travel 30% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagements that define experience and product strategy across patient services, user engagement, and commercial operations.
• Partnering with client commercial, digital, and patient services leaders to define and deliver experience strategies.
• Translating business and user challenges into structured design strategies, insights, roadmaps, and MVPs.
• Connecting experience strategy to digital product delivery with epics, features, and delivery plans.
• Managing client relationships, facilitating sessions, and overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Supporting practice growth through proposals, solution shaping, and team coaching.
• Championing the role of design with clients and teams.
