Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Experience Design Strategy Senior Manager to lead executive-level strategy and drive cross-functional teams for Life Sciences engagements. You will blend design strategy with digital product fluency to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities include guiding strategy to roadmaps, owning commercial outcomes, and championing AI-enabled tools while partnering with product, engineering, and data leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering consulting engagements in experience design strategy or related fields.
• 8+ years with Life Sciences commercial teams.
• 8+ years in Life Sciences sector, including patient journeys and HCP engagement.
• 8+ years leading design-led innovation processes (research, journey mapping, service blueprinting).
• 2+ years establishing AI-enabled workflows and driving AI adoption.
• 8+ years in digital product design and delivery, including roadmaps and agile delivery.
• Ability to travel 30% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagement workstreams defining experience and product strategy across Life Sciences clients.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define experience strategies and products addressing business and patient/provider needs.
• Translate business questions and user insights into design strategies, executive recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Align business needs, customer needs, technology trends, and design intent with product roadmaps and development priorities.
• Lead sessions, executive readouts, and manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client needs.
• Own the commercial success of engagements, including margin performance and forecasting.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and business leaders to move engagements from concept through build, launch, and iteration.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and modern ways of working across teams.
