Qualifications

10+ years delivering consulting engagements in experience design strategy, product strategy, service design, or human-centered design.
8+ years with Life Sciences commercial teams in patient services, customer engagement, or commercial operations.
8+ years in Life Sciences sector including patient journeys and commercial operating environments.
8+ years leading design-led innovation processes including research, journey mapping, and concepting.
2+ years establishing AI-enabled workflows across teams and clients; AI prototype experience is a plus.
8+ years collaborating with digital product design and delivery teams on roadmap development and agile delivery.
Willingness to travel ~30% as needed by client engagements.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engagement workstreams defining experience and product strategy for Life Sciences clients.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategies and products addressing business and patient needs.
Translate business questions and user insights into design strategies, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
Align strategy with delivery by linking business needs, technology trends, and product roadmaps.
Lead sessions and deliverables while managing scope, timelines, risks, and client needs.
Own engagement margins, forecasting, and financial management.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business leaders through build, launch, and iteration.
Guide teams in prioritization, trade-offs, dependencies, and release planning.
Champion AI-enabled tools and modern ways of working to accelerate research and planning.
Support practice growth through proposals, solution shaping, and thought leadership.
Advocate for the value of experience design with clients and coach teams.
