Qualifications

• 6+ years in experience design strategy, service design, or human-centered design.
• 6+ years working with Life Sciences commercial teams in patient services, customer engagement, or commercial operations.
• 6+ years in the US Life Sciences ecosystem, including patient journeys and provider engagement models.
• 6+ years in digital product design and delivery, including product management and agile delivery.
• 6+ years leading design-led innovation processes such as research, journey mapping, and concepting.
• 1+ years using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Ability to travel 30% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that define experience and product strategy across patient services, user engagement, and commercial operations.
• Partner with client leaders to deliver experience strategies and products meeting patient/provider needs.
• Translate business and user challenges into structured design strategies, insights, and roadmaps.
• Align design intent with epics, features, stories, MVPs, and delivery plans for execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders from concept to launch and iteration.
• Guide teams in prioritization, trade-offs, dependencies, and release planning.
• Champion AI-enabled tools to accelerate research synthesis and product planning.
• Manage client relationships, facilitate sessions, and oversee scope, timelines, and risks.
• Support practice growth via proposals, workplans, and coaching.
