Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Construction Management Professional for our Conshohocken, PA office. You will lead planning, engineering, and construction activities for state-of-the-art life science facilities, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, mentor project teams, respond to RFPs, and apply LEAN methods and advanced scheduling tools to optimize performance across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management (or equivalent).
• 10+ years leading industrial/commercial construction projects; life sciences preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design, pre-construction, and project delivery.
• Expert on MEP, clean room, and general building construction.
• Proven leadership of project teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to meet client objectives.
• Respond to RFPs and support client interviews and presentations.
• Apply LEAN methods and 3D technologies to optimize projects.
