Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Life Science North America group in the Northeast Houston area. You will oversee major life science construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing construction projects in life science or industrial facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support project schedule activity including long-range forecasting.
• Foster a cooperative partnership between client, contractor and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Perform onsite activities including inspections and field administration tasks.
• Conduct project meetings with contractor and stakeholders.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and other project deliverables to support turnover.
• Ensure construction aligns with design specs and drawings.
• Manage project finances including change management processes.
• Complete project closeout with accurate records for client satisfaction.
