Job summary

Jacobs in Conshohocken, PA seeks a Senior Construction Management Professional to lead construction projects for life science facilities. You will manage scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules with a collaborative team and focus on delivering client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial/commercial construction, strong MEP knowledge, LEAN practices, scheduling expertise, and a track record in leading project teams and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects (industrial/commercial)
• Strong knowledge of design, pre-construction, building systems, contract management and project delivery methods
• Experience leading project teams and client relationships
• Familiar with front-end estimate development, project controls and procurement strategies
• Knowledge of scheduling from Level 1 to Level 4 and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules
• Lead and manage project teams to achieve client objectives
• Support client interviews, RFP responses and presentations
• Apply LEAN strategies and last planner systems to construction projects
• Utilize 3D technologies (BIM360, Revit) in project delivery
