Job summary

You will quarterback the sales process from discovery to proposal and closing, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution. Travel up to 30%. Base salary ranges $120,000–$180,000, with commissions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting, with a significant track record in business development and revenue goals exceeding $1 million.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within the life sciences industry.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Act as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: Manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients with industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an Impact: Connect integrated solutions across Syneos Health to deliver value to clients.
