Catalyx is seeking a Sales Account Manager in a technically focused, client-facing role dedicated to life sciences and regulated manufacturing markets.

You will identify opportunities, engage with engineering and operations teams, and shape value-driven solutions from automation to digital manufacturing. This is a hunter role requiring strategic account development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in industrial automation, systems integration, engineering services, life sciences manufacturing technology, or related field.
• Proven success in qualifying and closing complex, project-based solutions.
• Technical fluency in PLC/controls, robotics, machine vision, SCADA, MES, serialization, validation.
• Ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams during opportunity qualification and scope development.
• CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.

• Identify, pursue, qualify, and win new opportunities in life sciences and complex manufacturing.
• Develop relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and site leadership.
• Lead consultative discovery to uncover objectives, bottlenecks, and value drivers.
• Translate needs into qualified Catalyx opportunities across automation and digital manufacturing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape scopes, estimates, and proposals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and progress tracking.
