Job summary

All-In Licensing LLC, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Licensing Specialist to manage licensing workflows and client interactions. The role requires coordinating with multiple government offices, preparing licensing documents, and ensuring compliance across states.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong MS Office and Adobe Pro skills, able to work independently or with a team. Hybrid work is available, with two remote days per week after training, and onsite presence in Atlanta is

Qualifications

• MS Office and Adobe Pro basic proficiency.
• Competent with word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent phone skills and solid clerical skills.
• Strong Team Player.
• Self-motivated.
• Understanding of project and process management.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office desktop applications and Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between our firm and the client, and as the internal gatekeeper to collect site information and documentation.
• Independently coordinate with state, county, and city offices for licenses, fees, and required documentation; monitor timing and maintain relationships with offices.
• Research and review regulations to determine operating requirements for licenses and compliance.
• Prepare documents and applications related to licensing processes.
• Contact issuing authorities for missing bills or licenses.
• Support team members with other applications in process.
• Build relationships with third-party groups and regulators.
• Use technology to perform tasks efficiently to serve client needs; other duties as assigned.
