Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region and maintain active contractor licenses in the employment state
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address facility service needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Prepare reports and perform analytics on facility operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and adhere to regulations
• Participate in training programs and inspections to ensure compliance and quality
