Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/Plumbing professional in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires maintaining contractor licenses, working with store leadership, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• General facilities/building maintenance experience, 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills - able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving - root cause and breakdown analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training to comply with regulatory requirements and inspections.
