Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across the regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Responsibilities include partnering with Store Managers, managing licenses, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience - 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills - Root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
• Customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region for site coverage (≈50%+).
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Work with vendors and contractors; manage licenses and compliance.
• Prepare reports and analytics; monitor permits and inspections.
