Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a team of technicians in predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities within a regional area.

You will ensure buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably, while collaborating with store managers and leadership to meet facility needs and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, plumbing expertise, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience – 3–5 years recommended.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving – root-cause and breakdown analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of 50% or more, maintaining contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Produce reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance with codes.
• Participate in training and inspections to meet regulatory requirements.
