Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians and ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable facility operations. You will manage predictive and preventative maintenance while partnering with store leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience - 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills - Root cause and breakdown analysis experience
• Customer service

Responsibilities

• Travel within region ~50% or more and maintain contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reporting and analytics on operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training on latest requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections per codes when applicable.
