Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians and oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across stores. You will ensure safe, efficient facilities and partner with store managers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of building maintenance experience, Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical expertise, and strong leadership. A valid EPA Universal Certification, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general Facilities/Building Maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience is required.
• Leadership and people development skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel region ~50% to oversee facilities across sites.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for maintenance.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis on facilities metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits; ensure regulatory compliance.
