Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure efficient and safe facility operations, and collaborate with store managers and leadership to meet service levels.

Qualifications
- General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years)
- Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
- Leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving with root cause analysis
- Customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance planning for facilities within a regional area.
- Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
- Maintain contractor licenses and schedules inspections per codes.
- Perform reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
