CONSTRUCTION INSURANCE SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced Liability Complex Claim Director to lead an MGA claims organization. This role combines high-level claims responsibilities with hands-on litigation management across a portfolio of complex, high-exposure liability claims.

The selected candidate will supervise a team of claims professionals while maintaining direct involvement in complex files and strategy.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in managing complex high-exposure, litigated GL claims.
• Strong background in General Liability litigation.
• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation strategies through resolution or trial.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct handling of a portfolio of complex, litigated liability claims.
• Develop and execute litigation and resolution strategy across high-exposure matters.
• Manage defense counsel, experts, and litigation vendors.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement value; establish and maintain reserves.
• Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlement strategy.
• Ensure consistent execution of claim handling standards across assigned caseload.
• Prepare reporting and recommendations to leadership on significant exposures.
• Contribute to litigation strategy development across the broader portfolio.
• Support MGA production team.
• Some travel required (5%).
