CONSTRUCTION INSURANCE SERVICES LLC seeks an experienced Liability Complex Claim Director to oversee an MGA claims organization in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of complex liability claims while supervising a team of claims professionals.

This role focuses on litigation management and strategic claim direction, requiring a candidates with substantial experience in General Liability litigation and team leadership. Competitive salary of $140,000 to $165,000 plus annual performance bonus offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing complex high-exposure, litigated GL claims.
• Strong background in General Liability litigation.
• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation strategies through resolution or trial.

Responsibilities

• Direct handling of a portfolio of complex, litigated liability claims.
• Develop and execute litigation and resolution strategy across high-exposure matters.
• Manage defense counsel, experts, and litigation vendors.
• Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlement strategy.
