Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions, a Holmes Murphy company, seeks a Sr. Liability Claims Specialist, Supervisor to lead a team of adjusters handling complex liability claims from start to finish. You will adjudicate, investigate, negotiate settlements, and ensure meticulous documentation while supporting clients and carriers.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training to enhance team capabilities. A passion for excellence and strong regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Licensing: Active state Life & Health/Property Casualty license or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Experience: 8–10 years adjusting property & casualty claims, including litigated claims.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of General and Auto Liability coverages and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims, investigate, negotiate settlements, and maintain documentation.
• Monitor claims, especially in litigation, ensuring timely responses and adherence to best practices.
• Meet with clients to discuss complex claims and coverage issues and communicate with insureds, claimants, agency partners, and carriers.
• Assist staff with litigation management and decision-making.
