Job summary

IEEE, a leading nonprofit focused on advancing technology, seeks a Legal Technology and Contract Management Systems Manager in New York City. The role owns the enterprise CMS, leads administration, and partners with Legal & Compliance and IT to optimize workflows, integrations, and tooling across legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities include configuring CMS features, performing troubleshooting, producing metrics, and delivering end-user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
7-10 years project management experience with senior executives.
Experience in a legal environment or corporate legal department preferred.
Experience in the legal operations field required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics with Tableau and/or SQL.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise CMS owner, lead administrator and primary user contact.
Configure, maintain, and optimize CMS workflows, templates, permissions and integrations.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing system improvements with data integrity in mind.
Administer and support other Legal & Compliance technology platforms and coordinate IT integrations.
Provide end-user training, training materials, and knowledge resources for CMS and related tools.
Develop and maintain system metrics and reporting for Legal leadership.
