Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations Technology to evolve the department’s tech ecosystem, enabling efficient legal services through AI and automation. This role partners with Legal, IT, Product, and Analytics to drive adoption and measurable efficiency, owning vendor relationships and governance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in legal tech/operations, hands-on experience with CLM/ELM systems, and a track record of change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
8+ years in legal operations/tech in-house or law-firm setting.
Experience leading legal technology platforms with ownership of implementations.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year Legal Tech transformation initiatives and budget oversight.
Redesign workflows with Legal/IT to improve service delivery.
Lead low-code/no-code CLM/ELM workflows and user adoption.
