Job summary

Link Logistics seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Operations Technology to evolve the legal tech ecosystem and enable service delivery through technology. You will own the transformation program, manage budgets, and partner with IT and Legal to optimize workflows using CLM/ELM tools and AI-assisted processes.

You will lead training, governance, and adoption while coordinating discovery, UAT, and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in legal operations or tech management within an in-house legal department or law firm operations.
• Hands-on leadership of legal tech platforms with implementations, enhancements, training and adoption.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and governance for legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year legal technology transformation initiatives and manage the department budget.
• Maintain and streamline the existing legal tech stack across Legal and IT teams.
• Design future-state processes and build workflows using low-code/no-code tools.
• Coordinate with Technology teams for implementations, troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Lead training and change-management programs to maximize tool adoption.
• Define governance, requirements, and UAT for system deployments.
