• Experience debugging system issues and coordinating with IT/vendors.

• Own and manage the Contract Management System (CMS) configuration, workflows, templates, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot, test, and implement system improvements; ensure data integrity.
• Provide admin support for other Legal & Compliance tech platforms and facilitate integrations with IT.
• Develop metrics, reports, and KPIs for Legal leadership; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, volunteers, IT partners, and vendors; manage multiple requests.
