Link Logistics Real Estate in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Operations Technology to evolve the legal department’s tech ecosystem and enable delivery of services through technology. Reporting to the VP, this role sits at the intersection of legal, technology, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related tech-management in-house.
• Experience leading legal technology platforms with ownership of implementations and adoption.
• Hands-on developer/administrator experience with low-code/no-code legal tech solutions.
• Experience building AI-based workflows and governance for legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year Legal Technology transformation initiatives and budget oversight.
• Maintain familiarity with the legal tech stack and redesign workflows with IT teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities and map future-state processes for legal services.
• Build workflows in low-code/no-code solutions and oversee maintenance.
• Lead training and change-management to maximize tool adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, PM, and Analysts on requirements, UAT, and go-live readiness.
