Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, or a combination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process improvement work with cross‑functional teams.
• Collect, analyze, and measure data to identify trends and gaps.
• Understand customers’ needs and drive end-to-end improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to mitigate risks and drive issue resolution.
• Evaluate where automated workflows can replace or augment manual steps.
• Use AI to accelerate process documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery for the Tech Reg Legal team.
• Provide customer service and training to internal customers.
