You will perform copy, production, scanning, mail, records, and conference room coordination while delivering professional service to senior attorneys and clients.

The role reports to Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager and requires strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills to manage high-level interactions and ensure accurate, timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• May require a valid driver's license with auto insurance as per Ricoh policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hands-on support within a legal office environment for copy, production, scanning, mail, and records.
• Communicates with senior-level attorneys, clients, and staff with professional etiquette.
• Manages scheduling of conference rooms and supports off-site trials.
• Operates copier equipment, fax, and related devices; maintains service logs.
• Handles confidential and time-sensitive documents with accuracy.
• Provides embedded support to specific floors or practice groups.
