Responsibilities

• Assist the US-based General Counsel in legal strategy and development
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts with customers, partners, and service providers
• Provide counsel on privacy, data protection, corporate governance, IP, employment law, and other legal topics
• Support follow-the-sun collaboration with the legal team in Ireland
• Apply risk-management techniques and offer proactive legal advice on commercial transactions
• Maintain high standards of integrity and keep abreast of legal developments
