Job summary

Solve Intelligence is seeking a Legal Counsel to support our US expansion, partnering with our GC, CEO, and CTO to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and accelerate our commercial engine.

You will own high-stakes B2B SaaS negotiations, guide product and research teams on guardrails for AI, and navigate privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions from New York.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited school and bar admission to practice in New York.
• 5+ years at a top-tier law firm and/or high-growth in-house environment.
• Proven track record negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes B2B SaaS contracts with major clients.
• Provide business-oriented legal guidance to AI researchers and engineers.
• Navigate privacy (GDPR/CCPA), security reviews, and regulatory landscapes across jurisdictions.
• Help build policies and processes to scale a high-growth startup.
• Develop creative solutions for novel legal issues arising from generative AI.
