Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• 2+ years of contracts management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including hosted services agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business clients on transactions, processes, and communications, helping them navigate complex commercial relationships
• Identify and implement process improvements across the legal team to enhance efficiency and consistency in handling commercial matters
• Manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues and support successful transaction outcomes
