AdAction Interactive LLC is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to own commercial contracting and strengthen privacy/compliance practices. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise on data privacy laws, and partner with product, engineering, and data teams to embed privacy considerations in development.

Competenze
- JD degree and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in legal operations, commercial contracting, auditing, or compliance in technology/digital advertising.
- Strong commercial contracting skills and experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements.
- Working knowledge of data privacy requirements, including GDPR and U.S. privacy regulations.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
Mansioni
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (IOs, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, licenses, partnerships, and vendor contracts).
- Support negotiations with advertisers, publishers, vendors, and partners while balancing business objectives and protections.
- Maintain and improve standard agreements, templates, and negotiation guidelines.
- Advise on data privacy laws and protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, U.S. state laws).
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed privacy and compliance considerations early in development.
