AdAction Interactive seeks a business-minded Legal & Compliance Manager to own commercial contracting and strengthen privacy and compliance practices. You will draft, review, and negotiate IOs, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, licensing, and vendor agreements while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to balance legal risk with business goals.

Competenze

• Must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal operations, contracting, auditing, or compliance.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regulations and applying them to business processes.
• Understanding of advertising and consumer protection law.
• Able to evaluate commercial terms and their financial/operational impact.
• Comfortable explaining data flows and security with technical teams.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Draft, review, and negotiate IOs, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, licensing, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Support negotiations with advertisers, publishers, vendors, and partners while balancing business objectives and protections.
• Maintain and improve standard agreements, templates, and negotiation guidelines.
• Advise on data privacy laws including GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, and state privacy laws.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed privacy/compliance in development.
• Maintain and update privacy policies and related legal documentation.
• Provide guidance on FTC requirements for advertising and consumer protection.
• Advise on platform policies (App Store/Play) affecting advertising and monetization.
• Monitor regulatory developments in performance marketing and mobile advertising.
