Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of cases to design tracking systems and improve efficiency.
• Supervises case assistants, paralegals, and attorneys; acts as hub for cases.
• Mentors associates and paralegals; conducts trainings for the team.
• Interacts with clients as primary contact; coordinates with vendors and co-counsel.
• Manage and train on electronic tools for case management and client relations.
